JAMES GUTRIDGE

Physiotherapist

James is a Specialist Chartered Physiotherapist. He studied and worked in the UK for the last 10 years, working on behalf of the NHS, Private Practice and within Occupational Health. Throughout this time he worked with the general public and elite athletes alike. He specialises in musculoskeletal medicine and therefore is well equipped to assess, diagnose, treat and manage injuries from head to toe – including, joints, bones, soft tissues (muscles, ligaments and tendons) and specific spine related injuries like neck and lower back pain.

Prior to physiotherapy, James gained a 1 st class degree in Sports Science where he worked with elite collegiate athletes and developed strength and conditioning programs to assist them in their chosen sport and reduce the chances of re-injury.

James has a passion for delivering high quality care to all patients and is keen to develop specific treatment/training plans to individuals to help them achieve their goals.
